I am very grateful to have worked with DINKA for four years. We started 2020, at a very challenging time for me: I remember sending a message at 2 in the morning, exhausted, feeling like I couldn't go on like this. I was covering all types of tasks and working until all hours, without structure or clarity. From that point, together with DINKA we managed to organize and professionalize Beruplast. We designed and implemented processes, redefined positions, incorporated the necessary team and organized many areas that were not working well.
