Since she was a child, industrial engineer Sandra Felsenstein (38) read stories about companies she admired and learned about what their beginnings were like. After going through many consulting firms for SMEs and seeing that none of them were completely comprehensive, he decided to start his own venture and create DINKA, a consulting firm for entrepreneurs and companies.
WHAT DOES DINKA OFFER? Fundamentally, we carry out a diagnosis of the company's situation in order to detect which areas need to be optimized and which may have difficulties. Once the situation picture is obtained, together with the businessman/entrepreneur we establish the action plans to be implemented and we define the tools designed for this purpose.
HOW IS THE BRAND POSITIONED? We have been working for more than 12 years with more than 40 SMEs and we have accompanied more than 20 entrepreneurs, either in putting together the business plan of their projects, or in the start-up.
