Sandra Felsenstein, Director of DINKA, gave an interview for the Valor Added radio program in which she shared advice for SMEs that want to be suppliers to large companies.
"The biggest challenge is to adapt the processes and procedures to provide large companies, such as the minimum quantities required, quality processes. Large companies have other times, other processes and instances that must be met and many times those times punish the financial results of SMEs," he expressed.
