How did you start with your project and what is it about?
Dinkka today is an integral consultant for SMEs and entrepreneurs. We are dedicated to the advice of entrepreneurs and SMEs either in the Start Up of the projects, as in the growth, development and professionalization of them.
Initially, my project was gestured in 2005 with another approach, when I discovered a very interesting niche without exploiting. Specifically, local jewelry and accessories designers who wanted to start exporting their products, but needed help to do so. Creativity does not get along with the procedures and, seeing the difficulties they had when looking for customers, quoting and negotiating, I understood that I could take care of representing them and being the door that would allow them to go out to the world with their creations.
This format brought me many satisfactions, awards and invitations to travel abroad, destination among which I highlight Arab Emirates together twice, in order to present my entrepreneurship there.
Little by little he began to change the tenor of the consultations he received from SMEs and Entrepreneurs entrepreneurs and felt that I had to adapt the course of my entrepreneurship towards those concerns, transforming Dinka into the entrepreneurship that is today.
What is your entrepreneurship?
Dinkka is a consultant who provides specialized integral advice for SMEs and entrepreneurs, through the optimization of resources, generation of tools for professionalization, commercial management and start up of projects, among other services. Fundamentally we make a good diagnosis of the situation of the company or entrepreneurship, in order to detect what are the areas that should be optimized and which can have difficulties. Once the comprehensive situation table is obtained, we establish together with the entrepreneur/entrepreneur, the action plans to be launched and defined and implemented the tools designed for this purpose. We also work “elbow” with entrepreneurs who want to launch their ventures from scratch.
In short, it is about creating actions and tools of each client.
How many people are part of it?
We are currently an interdisciplinary team of 8 professionals, each with a defined profile and oriented to the specific needs of each project or entrepreneurship that consults us.

What is the most beautiful thing to own your own business?
Having your own entrepreneurship is an exciting experience. Among other advantages, it allows us to manage our time, make decisions for ourselves and generally generates greater motivation. And the most important thing is that it allows us to develop our own ideas and apply our ingenuity in what we always wanted to do. We will finally be able to direct all our energies to develop that project that we always imagine and feel that we are going to put everything within our reach to be successful! Fulfill your own dream, not that of another!
To be a successful entrepreneur, it is essential to “desire” (have a push, conviction, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and behavior for work), “know” (possess the necessary knowledge or complement them through partners or advisors to help us) and “power” (have the necessary resources for the implementation of the project). If any of this is missing, the entrepreneurship is not successful.
What advice would you give to an entrepreneur who is starting a project?
I would recomend him
- Do a deep market study and evaluate the potential market
- Analyze competition
-Look for a clear differentiation, added value or service value that you want to offer (sometimes “the different” is in the design itself, sometimes in the form of distribution, in the post-sale service, etc.)
- Evaluate the viability of the project, put together a meticulous business plan
- Define if you are going to undertake alone or look for a partner
- Initial capital to invest: Evaluate the need for external capitals
